Andreas and his team warmly WELCOME you to the Andreas pastry shop on the main street in Siusi allo Sciliar.
In addition to homemade sweets from our in-house pastry, we also offer our customers bread & buns, milk & dairy products, drinks and coffee. In the summer months you will also find a small selection of homemade ice cream, which we produce in our ice cream parlor in Castelrotto.
In our confectionery you will find the following handcrafted sweets from our own production:

Brioche, donuts, Buchteln and yeast dough plaits;

“Spitzbuben” , shortcrust pastry croissants, nutcrackers, Florentines;
SHEET CAKE
Apple poppy seeds, Linzer, curd cocoa, honey walnut, cherry tart;

Buckwheat, Sacher, fruit, raspberry & yogurt, mango & passion fruit, cheese cream, tiramisú, chocolate cream, millefeuille, orange nougat;
APPLE STRUDEL
from puff pastry or shortcrust pastry;
PACKAGED CONFECTIONERY
Buckwheat cookies, Spitzbuben cookies, baked apple cookies, almond cantuccini, walnut cantuccini, fruit spreads strawberry, raspberry and apricot as well as our delicious Zelten, which we make in summer and winter. There is sure to be something for you in our seasonally changing range
Very easy cake orders
We are also happy to make special cakes for your celebration. We offer the following types of production: Type-specific cake with simple decoration, drip cake, naked cake, cake tart, number cake or a shape cake. We ask our customers to order the cake at least 2 days before picking up the cake!
