A „golden“ temptation

Our selfmade Pandoro shouldn’t be missing at Christmas. The pandoro has his origin in Verona and it has a typical serrated dome shape. The fluffy yeast dough doesn’t contain any fruit in opposition to the Panettone.


It takes a lot of time and rest for the panettone production

You can purchase our selfmade Panettone during Christmas time. We offer two different types:

Classic with raisins and candy fruit or extra with chocolate chips and walnuts.

The Panettone gets its special taste and the airy structure by the small percentage of yeast, the long cooking time as well as the high percentage of butter and eggs.

The panettone is an italian Christmas pastry and has ist origin in the Lombardy.
