What woulb be carnival like without our „Krapen“. We fill our self-made and hand-shaped „Krapfen“ with apricot jam, vanilla cream or chocolate cream. On orders we also prepare small „Krapfen“.
Crostoli are regionally known as Chiacchiere, Frappe or Sfrappole in Italy. They are an italian carnival pastry. The solid dough is fried and gets its typical crispy consistency due to the high percentage of dry raw materials.
